Make booking from authorized sources only. Beware of agents making false promises to provide rooms. Make booking from only for best price. you may also book from only MMT,GOIBIBO,YATRA only no other agents are authorized to book rooms on behalf of Hotel Inodoy. 

 1-  Max. 3 persons in a room. Extra bed charges have to be paid at  the hotel.

   2- Driver’s stay and bed charges will be extra. To be paid at hotel.

   3- Guests must carry their Photo Identity Proof like Adhaar Card,Voter Id card, Driving Licence, Passport.

If You want to deposit the booking amount by NEFT you are welcomed to do so, but only after receiving confirmation of availability of rooms by mail from hotel. In this situation hotel will confirm your specific booking only after receiving confirmation from bank . You are requested to email the NEFT details in our email id:


  1. 100% chargeable (non refundable). Date modification allowed if booked from only T&C acpplied
  2. At least 2 hours before 12 pm on check-in date you must send email and contact us at our phone no to avail any cancellation policy. Failure of which no cancellation shall be allowed. 
  3. COMPLEMENTARY BREAKFAST, if booked from
  4. No changes can be made by hotel relating to standard of rooms and others, when reservation is done by one agency. In such situation you are requested to contact the respective agency relating such matters.
  5. If changes relating to date or standards of room is requested and the booking has been done from the hotel website / hotel directly on availability, if possible on request the hotel may / may not accept the change in date request but relating to standard of room , only Non A/c to A/c room can be done and not vice-versa on availability and payment of the difference money by NEFT in the details given below. We may charge additional amount for changes made @RS 160 per night.
  6. When booking has been done online either NEFT or through website you are requested to carry a print out of the payment confirmation details with you.
  7. Full refund will be done within 15 working days on submission of full account details only if the booking is cancelled due to hotelier’s fault.It is mandatory to send mail for such adverse situations.
  8. HOW DO I KNOW MY RESERVATION WAS BOOKED? -You will receive an SMS and email on confirmation of your hotel booking.
  9. DO I NEED TO CONFIRM MY RESERVATION?-There is no need to confirm your reservation. If you still feel you would like to verify that your reservation was made, you can do so by writing to our Customer Support Team or by contacting our customer services team.


  1. For making reservation of 1 room or 2 upto 4 i.e(not block booking). It is compulsary to pay 40% of booking amount by neft in the mentioned account details before the reserved date and the balance on arrival. Such amount is non-refundable.
  2. For block booking i.e 5 and above it is compulsary to deposit 60% of total booking amount to confirm reservation and the outstanding to be paid 2 days before check-in.
  3. For booking of 10 or more it is necessary to pay 75% before check-in and the outstanding at hotel.
  4. The standard check-in time is 12:00 PM and the standard check-out time is 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subjected to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with hotel directly.We do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples to check-in. This is at full discretion of the hotel management. No refund would be applicable in case the checkin is denied under such circumstances.
